An address in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom is written differently. A street, city, state, and ZIP is familiar in the US. Canada uses a province and a postal code. The UK uses a postcode, and there is no state.

The contract creator now asks which country an address is in before it asks for the address itself. Type the country and pick it from the list. That question is asked for each party, because the two sides are often in different countries. The address field then shows a hint in the usual local form.

The country does not choose the law that governs the contract. That remains its own question later in the draft.
