A contract often asks for the same detail more than once. A name in the introduction, the same name under the signature block, an email in the notice section, and again in a contact line. Filling each box by hand is where small mismatches creep in.
Matching fields now fill together. Enter a name, title, email, phone, company, or signature once, and every matching field on that document fills in with it. The signer is not asked to retype a value that the document already has.
A checkbox can also be required. When it is, the signer has to check it before the document can be completed. An acknowledgment, a consent line, or any other box that must be ticked no longer slips through as an empty field.
The two behaviors sit on the same signing pass. Repeated details stay consistent, and a required checkbox has to be answered before the document is done.
