A redline that the parties have finished still has to become a signing request. Downloading the draft, uploading it again, and placing fields a second time splits one agreement into two workflows.
When a redline is ready to sign, you can send it for signature from that request. The signing step starts on the negotiation that just finished. The document does not have to be exported and started over as a new file.
The send happens from the request once the draft is ready. The people who were already on the redline are the context for the signature, instead of a fresh upload with no history.
