The contract creator used to start from the document. You can now shape the deal before that document exists, and keep shaping it after the first draft is on the page.
Describe the deal first. A short brief tells the draft what the agreement is for, who is involved, and what has to be in it. The generated contract follows that brief instead of a blank starting point.
Once the draft is there, edit the sections in place. A clause that is close can be rewritten where it sits. You do not have to discard the document and generate another one to change a section.
You can also attach your own files or an existing template while the contract is still a draft. Those materials become part of the draft. The agreement follows the brief and the files you brought in, instead of starting over when the source material changes.
