ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ADDENDUM
This Artificial Intelligence Addendum (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between [Party A], [Entity Type], with an address at [Address] ("Party A"), and [Party B], [Entity Type], with an address at [Address] ("Party B").
1. Permitted AI use. Provider may use AI systems listed in [AI Features Schedule] to deliver the services, subject to the limits in this Addendum.
2. Training and fine-tuning. Provider will not use Customer Data to train or fine-tune models except as expressly permitted in [Training Permissions].
3. Prompts and outputs. As between the parties, [Ownership Rule] applies to prompts and outputs, excluding Provider’s models and pre-existing materials.
4. Oversight and transparency. Customer remains responsible for human review of AI outputs used in [High-Risk Use Cases] before relying on them.
