What this contract contains
Preamble and parties.In the creator you enter each party, pick whether you are the customer or the provider, and identify the master agreement by name and date so this form can stay short and commercial. Names this order and the parties, and points to the governing MSA. Fill in the MSA title and date in the creator.
Products and quantities.This is the commercial core of the form: the product or package name and the quantities or seats included. Sales can iterate here while the MSA stays stable. Lists what is being ordered and in what quantity or seat count. You fill this in in the creator.
Subscription period.In the creator you pick the initial subscription length or enter a custom period, then decide whether it auto-renews and how many days’ notice is needed to stop renewal. Fees and payment.You enter the fee amount, how often the customer is billed, and how many days they have to pay. Order forms often prevail over the MSA for these commercial terms while the MSA still governs legal boilerplate. Sets the fees, billing cadence, and payment period. Support and use limits.Support and use-limitation fields are free text. Use them for support hours, channels, or limits such as a named environment or a cap on seats that should appear on the form. Optional notes for included support and any use limitations you type in the creator.
Governing law.Governing law and venue decide which state’s rules apply and where a dispute must be filed, or whether it goes to arbitration instead. In the creator you pick a listed jurisdiction or enter another, then choose court or arbitration so the sample is not locked to a default state. General. Confirms that unamended MSA terms continue and that commercial terms on this form control if they conflict.
