The contract creator can draft the agreements teams send most often, not only a single generic contract.
The set covers a DPA, a one-way NDA, an independent contractor agreement, an MSA, a service agreement, an SOW, an order form, an LOI, a pilot agreement, a term sheet, an amendment, and an AI addendum.
Each one is a starting draft of that agreement type. You still describe the deal and edit the sections. The difference is that the first draft already knows which kind of paper it is, so a data processing agreement does not open as if it were a mutual NDA, and an order form does not open as if it were a full services agreement.
That is the common paper most teams already keep in a folder. It can now be drafted in the same place the rest of the contract is written.
